1. What This Membership Is

The femmli Founders Membership is a limited, one-time fee membership offered by femmli, Inc. It provides early-access benefits and behind-the-scenes updates. This membership is not an investment, preorder, or equity offering. It does not grant you any ownership interest, profit rights, or debt rights in femmli. It is not transferable and may not be resold.

2. What You Receive

  • Monthly members-only written updates on femmli's product development, regulatory progress, and company roadmap

  • Priority early-access window to purchase a qualifying subscription at an introductory founders discount when we launch (at least 72 hours, details in invitation email)

3. What This Membership Does Not Include

  • The femmli wearable patch or any physical product

  • A guarantee of product availability or launch timing

  • Any equity, profit-sharing, or ownership in femmli

  • Any automatic subscription or recurring charge

4. FDA Status

femmli's wearable patch is under development and has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. Nothing in this membership constitutes a safety or effectiveness claim about the device.

5. Pricing and Payment

The one-time membership fee is $100.00 USD. This fee does not auto-renew. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason. If femmli has not opened the priority early-access window by December 31, 2026, you may request a full refund at any time after that date. Contact us at team@femmli.com.

7. Non-Transferability

Your membership is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person.

8. Communications

By purchasing, you agree to receive a purchase confirmation email and monthly membership updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

femmli's total liability in connection with this membership shall not exceed the $100.00 fee you paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
